SMH Digital provides digital marketing and related services that involve strategy, execution, and time-based work. Due to the nature of these services, results depend on multiple external factors.
3. Refund Policy
- Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
- Once a project has started, fees related to time, effort, and resources are not refundable
- If a service has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Advertising spend (e.g., paid to ad platforms) is non-refundable under any circumstances
4. Ongoing Services
For monthly or ongoing services:
- Clients must provide notice before the next billing cycle for cancellation
- No partial refunds will be issued for ongoing work already in progress
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
5. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice
- Cancellation does not apply retroactively to completed or ongoing work
- SMH Digital reserves the right to cancel services if terms are violated or payments are delayed
6. Exceptions
In rare situations, refunds may be considered if:
- Services have not been delivered as agreed
- There is a clear failure to meet basic service obligations

7. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and legal action.
